The girlfriend of Denver Nuggets point guard Jamal Murray issued a plea to fans Sunday on Twitter after an alleged sex tape leaked online.

“If you have the video please delete it,” Harper Hempel posted, which has since been retweeted over a thousand times, with fans offering support.

The graphic clip initially surfaced Saturday night on Murray’s Instagram story, according to reports. The 23-year-old later apologized to fans, claiming he had been hacked.

“First and foremost I would like to apologize to my fans. My account has been hacked, currently working on the issue. Thanks,” he posted.

Hempel, who played volleyball at the University of Kentucky, appears to have deactivated her Instagram account. Murray played one season with the Wildcats in 2015-16. 

Murray’s latest Instagram post was dated from March 10, around the time the NBA suspended its season amid growing coronavirus concerns. He was drafted by the Nuggets in 2016.
