Stacey Farber is a Canadian actress who was born and brought up in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She is widely known for her roles in Schitt’s Creek as Rachel, Grace and Frankie as Jo, Degrassi: The Next Generation as Eleanor ‘Ellie’ Nash, Virgin River as Tara Anderson, and in 18 to Life as Jessie Hill.
Farber has also appeared in several other television series and films, including “Flashpoint,” “Rookie Blue,” “Diggstown,” and “Narcos: Mexico.” In addition to her acting career, Farber is also a writer and producer, and has worked on several short films and web series.
Farber has been nominated for several awards for her acting, including a Gemini Award for Best Performance in a Children’s or Youth Program or Series for her role in “Degrassi: The Next Generation.” She is also involved in several charitable organizations, including the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation and the Children’s Wish Foundation.
