The site allowed people to post sexually explicit photos of people online together with their names and addresses without their consent. He referred to himself as “Professional Life Ruiner”. In 2012, the FBI began an investigation concerning a report from a victim’s mother where he was sentenced to a two years and six months imprisonment with $2000 fine and $145.70 for restitution in November 2015. He is currently banned from using Facebook.
