Chelsea was born on January 28, 1987, in Elgin, Illinois and she spends her childhood days there until she was nine years old and then she moved to Arizona with her parents. She is 32 years of age as of February 2019. After that, she took some acting classes and then she began appearing in local theater productions.

She has two older brothers and a younger brother. She currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
